Großes Epitaph XIV

Description

A single figure with a squat, cylindrical head rests in a ridge of two rectangular slabs angled upwards in the shape of a roof, which are counter-supported at the base by other slabs. The human figure, reduced to round bar elements, which as a rule must not be understood as a skeleton, has been the formal and thematic center of numerous epitaphs since 1979.
